A Memorable Castaway to Huatulco, Mexico!

When someone talking about vacation/trip, I’m starting to become very excited, as I’m a person who loves most of the outdoor activities. Hence, my friends have given me a nickname, “The outdoor Wilsoner” (PS: The name “Wilsoner” is the combination of “Wilson” and “wilderer”, kind of funny, isn’t it?)
Believe it or not, I’ve been traveled to over 60 countries (Yeah, I knew it’s only one-fourth of the world’s countries, but it’s still a great experience for me) since I was three-year-old.
Honestly, I’ve left my footprints in most of the European countries, Asia (Especially the South, East and Southeast Asia countries), Northern America and Latin America.
Three-fourths of the countries that I’ve visited are mostly have many gorgeous and breathtaking beaches.
I remembered that I’ve a trip to Huatulco on the last year summer. Basically, it’s a high school teachers’ trip, as those people who participated in the trip are mostly my colleagues in high school. Well, it’s a very huge tour, as there are more than 50 people (Actually, it’s 51 including the tourist guide) in the tour!
Honestly, I thought it’s going to be very crowded and uncomfortable, as this is the first time we have more than 50 people in a tour! Gosh, it sounds like the ‘Las Vegas 51s’ to me! Lol
However, I was completely wrong, as we’ve done many interesting things in Huatulco. Did you know that Huatulco is a small town, which is located on the Pacific coast in the state of Oaxaca? It former name is known as, “Bahias de Huatulco”, but has shortened to a more glamour “Huatulco” form!
In Huatulco, you can easily find many luxury hotels, small economy motels or luxury resorts standing tall near the beaches. As a result, Huatulco vacation rental is becoming an extremely easy task, as you can get whatever hotel rooms or villas you want. In this case, I’m with three other teachers had rented a villa near the Tangolunda Bay, where the minimum payment for the villa is only $192 per night!
Mario, our tour guide, who is also a homegrown in Huatulco told us that before the resort development began in the 1980s, Huatulco was still a little village with a huge of coffee plantations. Mario has brought us to one of the local famous coffee plantations, Finca El Pacifico. He described that this Finca (farm) is well-known for the organic coffee called, “Pluma Hidalgo”. Well, each of us had bought a several kilograms of organic coffee, as it price is very reasonable!
Beside of the golden beaches and remarkable sunset/sunrise view, we’ve enjoyed our 3 days 2 nights trip by having some great activities, such as clubbing, scuba diving, trekking and sunbathing!
Mario said that we should try out the Huatulco all inclusive package, as it included all the magnificent features, such as airport transportation (arrival/departure), well-planned activity and the delicious daily meals for the whole week!
We’re highly interested with it, and we’d promised to give it a try in next time, when we’re returning to Huatulco for our second visit!

Huatulco looks and sounds like a great place to visit. I have to put that down on my list of places to travel to!
