Choose Your Airlines Company Wisely!

August 18th 2009 15:05
Guys, have you noticed that there’s an ordinary Canadian man named, Dave Carroll who had created and putted the music clip on the Youtube some months ago? Honestly, I thought it’s nothing more, but only a self-promotion, but after I’ve a closer look on it, I discovered that the music clip is talking about the frustration and anger of Dave Carroll to United Airlines, where the United Airlines had broke Dave Carroll’s guitar, due to the worker’s careless!

Even though Mr. Dave Carroll have filed and complaint this problem to the United Airlines, but the company didn’t seem to care about it and just kept telling Carroll to disappear!

Ok, let’s recap the happening of the incident once again…

Mr. Dave Carroll is traveling from Canada to Nebraska, which he needed to change planes in Chicago. Whilst he’s waiting for deplaning, one of the band member saw a luggage handlers throwing instrument cases down on the ground rudely! When Carroll arrived at Omaha, he opened up the case and found his guitar is already broken. He decided to lay the problem to the United Airlines authority. However, they’re refused to pay any compensation to Mr. Dave Carroll and never apologize to him as well!

As a result, Carroll is pissed off. He wrote a song about the incident and posted it on youtube. Well, Dave Carroll still haven’t received any compensation until now, but the music clip is turning one of the hit music clip on youtube. He and his band is now the hot cupcakes in the music arena.

Meanwhile, the United Airlines plans to use Carroll’s “United Breaks Guitars” video for training.

Hopefully, this shameful controversial could be a lesson for other Airlines companies. Remember, customers are always in the first priority, whatever in what situation!

Thanks for this great info Wilson, United has always been regarded as cheap but nasty so far as I know and not particularly safe, which is the major reason one should choose an airline.

You're welcome, Katyzzz. Yep, that's why we have to choose the airlines, not only based on its price, but its customer service as well!
