Generally, people always thought that Laos is only a less developed country and a landlocked country in Southeast Asia region. However, they didn’t know that by only US$10 per day, you can have a very wonderful and adventurous trip in Laos.
For your information, there’s a small village located between the Laos and Thai border named, “Vang Vieng”. Honestly, it’s used to be a resting place for opium-addled sojourners, but had recently turned into a favorite pit stop for the backpackers!
Most of the backpackers described this place as “the land of the lotus eaters”. Believe it or not, with less than US$10 a day, you can float down the Nam Song River, and stop by at the pub for pizza!
If you’re looking for an immensely cheap vacation, maybe you should consider to have a trip to Vang Vieng, Laos!
