Is US Airways going to include the in-flight Internet Service into Their Management System?

In this economic downturn situation, the US Airways have been tried their very best to keep the more people riding airplanes. However, the mission seen to be doomed, as the number of passengers flying on premium tickets has sharply dropped 23.6 percent in May 2009 compared with May 2008!
In order to stop the profit loss, US Airways mentions they might be provide the in-flight Internet service into the management system early next year!
According to the information, the new in-flight service will include the following features, which as:
• Web browsing,
• Instant messaging,
• E-mail,
• VPN access.
The retail price will be ranged from US$5.95 to US$12.95, which is mainly depending on the length of the flight and the type of device that being used by the passengers themselves!
