Palau – The Only Place in the World That Allows You to Swim with Jellyfishes!
October 12th 2009 18:08
Most travelers preferred to go to the famous tourism attractions than the strange yet unexplored places! However, if you’re having the guts and exploring spirit, then you should read on the article, as I’m going to recommend you one of the most unfamiliar places in the world!
Guys, anyone of you here ever heard about Palau? Honestly, I’ve asked my friends, and guessed what! Nine out of my ten friends didn’t know where is Palau and some of them even think that it’s some kind of Asia’s cuisine (It sounds funny, but a very true fact)!
For your information, Palau is an island nation in the Pacific Ocean, which is located 500 miles east of the Philippines, is one of the world’s youngest and smallest sovereign states! Did you know that Palau was one of the locations of the American reality television program, “Survivor: Palau”?
The navy blue Pacific Ocean and the golden color beaches always been an attraction to the tourists in Palau.
Now, Palau is having a new activity, but it requires some guts to do it. Well, we’re talking of having a swim with the Jellyfishes in Jellyfish Lake! Yeah, it sounds like a high dangerous activity, but you don’t need to worry about it, as the jellyfishes have been recognized as the only jellyfish type that didn’t contain any poison in the world!
For reaching the Jellyfish Lake, you have to take an hour of boat ride from Koror, Palau’s capital to the uninhabited island and swim freely with million of harmfulness jellyfishes!
