Nowadays, many people feeling unsafe, especially when they’re traveling with the airplanes. Instead of the frequently airplanes crush incidents, the wide spreading of diseases are also being a concern of public as well!
Colds and flus viruses
Did you know that some virus, such as Norovirus, which can cause stomach flu, could survive on body surface for two to four weeks? In this case, you can reduce the risk of getting ill by up to 50 percent, if you wash your hands frequently with alcohol gel hand sanitizers.
Economy-class Syndrome
If you’re travelling in a very long distance, which might take up to 10 hours, then you’re having the risk of getting “Economy-class syndrome”. This is a syndrome, where the blood clot is formed in a vein and lead to fatal compliations. You can overcome the problem, by exercising calf muscles and pumping your foot at the ankle. Just make sure that you legs are getting enough blood flow to it!
Seasickness/Motion sickness
When you’re traveling by ship, and you cannot withstand the seasickness, then you might want to request a mid-ship cabin. It’s even better, if you can get fresh air or focusing your eyes at the horizon!
